Practice with an exercise band to help stabilize your lower body for a more consistent putting stroke.
HERE’S HOW:
Place the band behind your lower back and then cross it in front.
Step one foot half-way through the band and place it under your foot.
Step with your other foot half-way through and place it under your foot. NOTE: You will feel a slight tug from the ground up, hips and your lower back.
Next grip your putter and make a rocking motion with your shoulders as you keep your lower body stable.
