The Benefits of Yoga for Golfers

The golf swing is a complex movement. Not having a solid foundation makes it exponentially more difficult.

A powerful beautiful swing is credited to the golfer’s ability to move effortlessly with rhythm and precision. 

The development of balance, strength, flexibility and concentration will provide the foundation a golf swing requires.

  • Balance is the core quality for consistent effective action. 
  • Strength gives us power, however strength without flexibility is stiff and limited.
  • Flexibility allows us to use our strength to its fullest potential.
  • Concentration brings balance, strength and flexibility to their highest expression.
