Try this bridge and ball exercise to strengthen your glutes.
- Lean into an exercise ball with your upper thoracic spine and lats.
- Squeeze your glutes and lift your pelvis up so that your hips are in line with your knees.
- Hold for two seconds; repeat 8-10 reps
