Golf Conditioning

A Better You Improve your overall flexibility and strength for greater distance and accuracy. You will learn golf-specific stretches and exercises utilizing balls and bands.

First session free!

$10 per session or 6 sessions for $50

  • Tuesday mornings (TBA or call for starting time)
  • Wednesday 5:45-6:30 p.m. (Time subject to change)
  • Saturdays 8:00-8:45 p.m.

Private Session

As a TPI Certified Coach, professional background and the use of Trackman technology, I will assess your club speed, ball speed, swing sequence and physical capabilities.

Exercises and swing drills will be provided to help reinforce an efficient movement pattern for your swing. I will design a program that will assist you in achieving your goals along with an on-going evaluation with each private session.

Group Session

Each class will begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up followed by active stretching. Using a stability ball we will work on core strength and balance. You will learn how to avoid injury and apply golf specific band training exercises to enforce a greater range of motion and power in your golf swing.
